Dick Robinson

Dick Robinson, Founder, brings over 35 years of sales, sales/marketing management, and operational management to Personnel Solutions of Cincinnati, LLC.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut. Following 4 years as a Procurement Officer in the United States Air Force, managing the development and purchase of multi- million dollar munitions contracts, he completed his MBA at the University of Dayton in Ohio.

He began his career in sales selling printing machinery for Harris Intertype, Cleveland, Ohio. His early sales success led to a promotion to Marketing Manager of that division. From there he became Director of Sales and Marketing for a division of Avery International where he managed both line sales and staff marketing functions. His responsibilities included domestic and international business.

He was then recruited by a British company to re- invigorate a sagging market position in the US. After two years as VP Sales and Marketing, he was promoted to President of the US Subsidiary.

His most recent experience included selling printing machinery in a direct sales territory, serving as VP Sales and Marketing of a major distributor and President of a wholly owned subsidiary of a Japanese printing machinery manufacturer.

His experience in hiring, training and development of people with particular emphasis is sales has provided extensive background for the founding Personnel Solutions of Cincinnati, LLC.
